Keep the first conversation simple.
Registration and enquiry forms send the information you enter to FormSubmit for processing and onward email to info@advancebaseball.org. Program forms request your name, email, WhatsApp number, program and an optional child’s age. Enquiry forms also let you identify your organization and describe your enquiry.
What to leave out
Do not send medical information, identity documents, financial details, student lists or confidential documents. A parent or guardian must complete a form for a child. Ask ABI for an appropriate private route if sensitive information is needed later.
Why we ask
The form asks for your agreement to be contacted about your registration or enquiry. It does not include a marketing subscription, photo permission or payment authorization.
